At PepLab London, we aim to process and dispatch orders promptly so that your research materials reach you as quickly and securely as possible.
All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24, providing a tracked delivery service and convenient visibility from dispatch through to delivery.
Dispatch Times
We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Orders Before 1:30 PM
Orders placed before 1:30 PM UK time, Monday to Friday, are normally processed and dispatched on the same working day.
Orders After 1:30 PM
Orders placed after 1:30 PM are normally processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Weekend Orders
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are normally processed on the following working day.
If the following Monday is a UK bank holiday, the order will normally be processed on the next available working day.
Royal Mail Tracked 24
Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email where a valid email address has been provided.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 is designed for delivery on the next working day after posting, but delivery times are not guaranteed and may occasionally take longer due to circumstances outside our control.
Delivery times may be affected by:
- High-volume periods
- Severe weather
- Royal Mail network disruption
- Public holidays
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Unforeseen operational delays

Tracking Your Order

Delayed or Missing Parcels
Although we aim to dispatch orders promptly, once a parcel has been handed to Royal Mail, delivery is subject to the carrier’s network and operational conditions.
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable period after dispatch, please contact us so that we can review the tracking information and advise on the appropriate next steps.
Where a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will handle the matter in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable UK consumer law.
