Cookie information
How and why Pep Lab London uses cookies, and how you can control them.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your choices and understand how it is used.
How we use cookies
peplablondon.co.uk uses the following types of cookies and similar technologies.
Strictly necessary
Needed for the shop to work: keeping items in your basket, taking you through checkout, signing you in to your account and remembering your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off.
Analytics
Help us understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, so we can improve it. We use Google services for this. These are only set if you allow them.
Marketing
Used to measure the performance of our advertising on platforms such as Reddit and Snapchat. These are only set if you allow them.
Functionality
Our live chat is provided by a third party (tawk.to), which sets cookies so that a conversation can continue as you move between pages.
Managing your choices
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, and change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link on the site. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the shop may not work if you block strictly necessary cookies.
