When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 1:30 PM UK time, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery is the next working day after dispatch.
How do I track my order?
Orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24. If you need help locating a parcel, contact us with your order number.
Do you offer bulk or repeat orders?
Yes. Contact our team with details of your requirements and we can discuss available quantities and product availability.

Quality, testing and documentation.
Where can I find the Certificate of Analysis?
Every batch is tested by independent, ISO-accredited laboratories. The Certificate of Analysis for each batch is linked from its product page and can be viewed anytime.
How are products tested?
Our peptides are subject to analytical quality assessment. Where applicable, testing may include High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Mass Spectrometry (MS) to assess purity and molecular identity.
How should vials be stored?
Store vials in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Check the product page for any product-specific guidance.
Do you keep batch information?
We maintain batch and lot information across our range wherever applicable, to support product identification and consistency between orders.
